TF Solutions have recently supported a refrigeration project whereby our Refrigeration Technical Team and our Suppliers helped select specified products to ensure that the correct equipment was sourced and installed efficiently.
This project transpired from Alan Rockliffe who contacted Account Manager, Chris Whitehead, to enquire if larger-scale refrigeration projects would be within TF Solutions capabilities. The client, Korea Foods, was looking for a solution to supply five freezer cabinets, four chiller cabinets and a butcher’s cabinet at their store, Seoul Plaza, located in the historic St John’s marketplace in Liverpool City Centre.
Following a site visit and with help of our Refrigeration Technical Team and our Suppliers, we selected and specified a HT/LT compressor/receiver pack comprising of two HT & two LT Bock compressors with inverter drive for capacity control to deliver the required duty, Güntner vertical remote condenser and liquid refrigerant pump.
This was a challenging design and installation, as the pipe that ran from the remote condenser, under the marketplace to the packaged unit, was around 140 metres. This required the installation of a liquid refrigerant pump. As well as the Güntner equipment, TF Solutions supplied the Copper Tube, Bracketry, Fixings, TEV’s, Orifices, Solenoid Valves, Refrigerant Gas, OFN and all other materials needed for the project, offering the full refrigeration solution to Everkool.
TF Solutions were on hand throughout the duration of the project to assist with technical support and drawings. On completion of the project, Korea Foods were delighted with the quality of the installation and professionalism of the team at Everkool, who delivered the project on time and to a high standard.
